Menopause education for women by women
JOIN OUR ONLINE EDUCATION PROGRAM NAVIGATING YOU THROUGH THE MAZE OF MENOPAUSE
Our personalized education program, The Menopause Answer, provides solutions tailored to the unique needs of menopausal women suffering from weight changes, joint pain, weakness, lack of motivation, sleep issues, and anxiety. Our experience leverages over 40 years of expertise to educate and empower our clients to improve their quality of life.
We utilize evidence-based education to explain the biology behind menopause and demonstrate proven techniques to better manage symptoms. Through 12 weeks of self-guided modules and one-on-one coaching calls as well as our group sessions with like-minded women, we teach clients how to navigate the symptoms of menopause.
Additionally, we provide guidance and exercises to maintain bone health, healthy weight, and strength that come with changes in hormone balances. Our instructors empower women to prevent bone density loss and fractures through lifestyle changes and targeted fitness recommendations.
Finally, we offer sensitive counsel and practical solutions surrounding pelvic health issues related to menopause. We aim to normalize these concerns and help women improve bladder control, intimacy and sexual function through education, exercise, and coping techniques.
Our holistic educational approach equips women with the knowledge and skills to take control of their health during menopause and beyond. We go beyond just managing symptoms—we strive to improve quality of life long-term.
